   Dawn completed her first Met-Con class with Heather on an invite from a friend, and was instantly hooked.  She changed her diet and never missed a class.
    "There is nothing more empowering than being strong, fit, confident, and comfortable with yourself".   Along with everyone else who attends GH2, Dawn loved the camaraderie and positive atmosphere that accompanied every workout.
    After deciding that she wanted to become a trainer, Dawn was certified by the AFAA in February, 2012 and was teaching her first classes in March.  Dawn is motivated by seeing other people reach their goals, and as a member of the GH2 staff, she gets to do that every day.

I have always had a passionate love for sports and fitness. I could always talk the talk, but now I am walking the walk. Two and a half years ago I found GH2 and was given the opportunity to learn a better way of life.  It was mine for the taking, I just had to buy in and make it a "Lifestyle".  Well it worked and I can tell you that I have challenged myself in ways I would have never thought possible. Through the Training at GH2 I have built strength, conditioning and stamina that I thought was gone forevah.....now I would like to pay it forward. I want to help create good habits that will lead to permanent lifestyle changes in our clients. The same taught to me by my mentor, friend and trainer Heather Baker. I have always had a passionate love for sports and fitness. I could always talk the talk, but now I am walking the walk. Two and a half years ago I found GH2 and was given the opportunity to learn a better way of life.  It was mine for the taking, I just had to buy in and make it a "Lifestyle".  Well it worked and I can tell you that I have challenged myself in ways I would have never thought possible. Through the Training at GH2 I have built strength, conditioning and stamina that I thought was gone forevah.....now I would like to pay it forward. I want to help create good habits that will lead to permanent lifestyle changes in our clients. The same taught to me by my mentor, friend and trainer Heather Baker.
