Welcome To GH2 Fitness and Training

GH2 Fitness and Training aims to maximize each client’s ability to reach his/her full fitness/athletic potential through short albeit intense workouts called Metabolic Conditioning. This type of training requires maximum output of its clients but in return offers impressive results with less of a time commitment than conventional workouts. Rather than compartmentalizing training into elements of cardio, strength, muscular endurance, plyometrics, and agility Metabolic Conditioning combines all of them into one program. This type of training is the cornerstone of GH2’s training philosophy.

Cancellations – Please give 24 hours notice when you cannot make a class… this will give us sufficient time to add people off the waitlist!

Snow Policy – Delays and Cancellations

GH2 relies on the Wachusett District to make the safest, most reliable call on the weather forecast and roadway conditions.

If school is cancelled GH2 will either BE CLOSED FOR THE DAY or open for classes at after 2:30 (depending on the day).
Most often delays and cancellations are made by Wachusett around 5:00am; once the call is made we continue teaching the current class and if there are members at the gym waiting for the next class we run the following class as well (no athletes are turned away once the journey to GH2 has been made). But once the call comes out, our plan is to not have further people get in their cars and head to the gym and also to get our coaches home safely.

No Shows and Late Cancels are never an issue when inclement weather is upon us, and ALWAYS check for a Constant Contact email and on Facebook for the most up to date opening and closing information about GH. When travel conditions and weather conditions are poor or risky on weekends we make the call ourselves and TRY to do the best we can. If you are ever in doubt…stay home.
